I scheduled a session to get help with pain from a hip replacement gone wrong. Julia was able to take away 50% of my ongoing pain within the first 30 min of walking through her door. She gave lots of helpful advice for my home exercises, as well as emailed a work out program customized for my problem. I was most impressed with the fact that there was no pressure to sign up for a package of sessions. Instead she suggested to check in, if there ist still any pain after 2 weeks of doing the recommenced exercises. Julia spent a full hour with me and provided excellent service in an unrushed and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Cape Town Physiotherapy.

During a trip to Cape Town, I had reoccurring back and hip pain. I was able to book a next-day online appointment with Cape Town Physiotherapy. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted at the front desk. I had an initial discussion with Caleb about the pain I was experiencing, and he assessed my movement before treating the pain and discussing and sharing stretches to help. I felt much better leaving the clinic and had a great overall experience. Thank you!
